How to keep your joints strong from young age 🤸🏻‍♀️💡

It's troublesome when your joints start hurting at a very young age, moreover it hampers you daily activities and its demoralizing.

⚠️When I started out working out regularly, I have realized the most important thing is not doing exercises but the 2 most important rituals which are at the start and at the end, and they play the most important role.

📍So the most important rituals are warm up (before workouts) to ready the muscles and joints..

And

Stretching (after workouts) to settle them, otherwise the pains and stiffness would definitely follow!💫

⚠️ Excess weight or obesity goes without saying that has impact on the joints!!📣

📍 So loose that extra weight!!

⚠️ Just don't keep doing cardio exercises 🚴🏻‍♀️

Doing cardio exercises only for longer periods causes muscle wasting and weakness in muscle structure.

📍So strength training for the muscle development and strength is a must. If muscles are strong they will support joints well. 💪

⚠️ Let me be very blunt here, "If you can't eat well, please don't workout" 🚫

📍 Your body and each tissue of your body needs nourishment, when you workout or even do normal chores you need good energy to sustain and function well. But you wish to workout but don't want to eat well that's a deadly combination and it's more damaging for your body.

So eat well balanced nutrients based diet and your body will thank you!!🤗

Also some more things keep in mind,

🔸️ Don't laze around...keep your body active and moving.

🔸️ Sun exposure for few minutes daily.

🔸️ Hydrate yourself well.

🔸️ Good posture while working or even while walking to watch for.

Also Dont ignore signals like,

➡️ Constant chronic pain

➡️ Joint swelling

🔆Do how much you can consistently but,

NEVER OVERDO!!
